How do I search for a particular item?

In the top right hand corner of the online store you will see a Search bar. Search away to your heart’s desire. Best to search via category, for example camera, drill. I think we would have just the thing!

Can I order items from multiple locations in the same order?

Yes of course you can, we will ship all items to your one location for one shipping fee.  Please note that items may arrive at different times.

How can I be guaranteed of quality on secondhand items?

We inspect and test all items that we advertise for sale so you can be assured we are confident in the quality and value of all our items for sale.  In the instance that you are not happy, we offer a 90-Day Warranty on all items unless stated otherwise.

I don’t have a credit card or paypal account – can I pay cash?

We can accept payment by cash in any of our stores, please contact the relevant store and we can put the item aside for you for 24 hours so you can pay in store

Can I pay with Credit Card over the phone?

For security of transactions we don’t take credit card payments over the phone.  Credit Card payments can be made online through our secure portal or in person at any of our stores

Can I pay in a different store to the one that is shipping my item?

Yes, if you would like to pay cash at a different store to where the item is being shipped from we will make that happen for you

Can I use After Pay or Zip Pay?

Yes, we currently offer Zip Pay. We do not currently have After Pay.

How is postage calculated?

Postage is calculated based on weight from a Central South East Queensland Metro location.  Costs are calculated and shown during check out

The item I want says Pick up Only but I want it shipped?

Please contact the store location that currently has this item in stock to discuss alternate courier options if available

I’ve ordered a pick up only item, can someone else collect it for me?

During the check-out process you will be asked to enter the name of the person you authorize to collect the item.  We will only release the goods to the person authorized and photo ID must be shown

Do you ship internationally?

Due to complexities of customs regulations in different countries, we currently only ship to Australian locations

When will my order arrive?

For most locations across Australia your delivery should arrive between 3-5 business days from ordering.  Tracking details will be supplied by email when your order is dispatched

I’ve seen the same item cheaper at a competitor – will you match it?

Although we believe we already have great prices, if you have seen a similar secondhand item for sale for a cheaper price elsewhere, we will do our best to match it – just ask!
